A very early fresh Spring Tea is processed as Lung Ching from Ping Yang Zao cultivar from Xin Chang area, the town of Da Fo, Zhejiang province. This Tea plant shoots leaves earlier in Spring than the Dragon Well bushes from Xi Hu.
The Tea has a beautiful scent and fresh yellow-green colour. The taste is full and fresh; with flower tones and cream sweetness. It leaves a long delicious aftertaste resembling pea and catchy good mood!
