Lung Ching "Da Fo" is one of the most famous Chinese tea classics from the Xin Chang region, known for its pure character and finesse.

This fresh spring tea is made from the Ping Yang Zao cultivar, which grows leaves earlier in the spring than the Dragon Well bushes from Xi Hu.

The tea has a wonderful aroma and a fresh yellow-green colour. The taste is full and fresh with slightly floral notes and creamy sweetness. It leaves a long, delicate aftertaste reminiscent of peas and is ideal for everyday sipping or for formal preparation as part of the Gong Fu Cha tea ceremony.
