Shade-grown organic sencha from the Yame area, which produces the best teas in Fukuoka Prefecture.

The leaves of this tea are picked exclusively from the Yamanoibuki cultivar, which is grown more rarely. It has more intense umami and less bitterness, and excels in the balance between aroma, color and taste. The taste is full, round with a freshly grassy aroma with an intense umami taste and a long, intense aftertaste.
