Gyokuro of exceptional quality from the spring harvest of Japanese Shizuoka.
The dried leaves of this magnificent, 4 weeks shaded Gyokuro are dark green tiny needles with a nice shine. The tea is processed using the traditional futsumushi steaming method. The taste is sweet, full of umami with a hint of nectar and a light floral notes. The aftertaste gradually sweetens and lingers for a long time.
This tea is only available in limited quantity.
