Yame Kabusecha Meiryoku - 50g

Organically grown senchaz from the Yame area of ​​Fukuoka Prefecture. It was shaded for two weeks before harvest using the traditional method of covering the bushes.

The Meiryoku cultivar is richer in amino acids and caffeine, while its catechin content is lower, making it ideal for shading. The result is a tea with a sweet, soft character.

The aroma of the steeped leaves is reminiscent of a coniferous forest. The taste is soft, delicious, very balanced with a long sweet aftertaste.
