Lung Ching (translated as Dragon Well) is the most famous Chinese green tea. Xi Hu (West Lake) is located in the city of Hangzhou, which is the capital of China's Zhejiang province.

This premium spring tea embodies the initial awakening of nature – the leaves from the Qun Ti Zhong 群体种 variety tea bushes are harvested in the spring and processed by hand.

The traditional production process follows strict rules passed down from generation to generation. After careful sorting and withering, the young leaves are pan-fired by hand in special woks. This precise craftsmanship gives the tea leaves their characteristic, perfectly flat shape and beautiful, fresh green colour.

  • Aroma: Distinct, captivating and warming, with clear notes of roasted chestnuts

  • Liquor colour: Light green to subtly golden, bright and clear

  • Flavour: Silky smooth, naturally sweet, with a rich yet balanced body and no trace of bitterness
