Kagoshima Organic Gyokuro - Sasa Hime

An excellent grade of organically grown Gyokuro from the Kagoshima area made of the Yabukita cultivar.

The tea is produced by our friend, Mr. Sakamoto, who has been growing and producing exceptional teas organically for many years. In total, he produces four grades of gyokuro, of which Sasa Hime takes the third, "bronze" place.

This gyokuro has a fresh, delicious flavour with a subtle grassy accent. Excellent, fresh gyokuro at a great price.
