Sencha processed using the fukamushi (deep-steaming) method, which is typical for teas from Kagoshima.
As a result, the leaves are more finely broken, and the infusion produces a distinctive green color. This tea is a balanced blend of three cultivars: Saemidori, Yutakamidori, and Yabukita, sourced from a small tea farmer.
It has a beautiful, intense and fresh aroma, with a rich and complex flavor highlighted by a prominent umami taste.
We recommend preparing this tea with water at 60°C. For a unique experience, you can also prepare it by macerating in cold water or infusing with ice cubes.
