A premium Sencha from the renowned Uji region, offering a rich, fresh character and refined elegance.

Carefully crafted, the dark emerald-green leaves are shaped into fine needles and release an inviting aroma reminiscent of fresh spring greenery with delicate herbaceous notes.

The infusion reveals pronounced notes of edamame, subtle hints of citrus, and a naturally sweet, well-balanced flavour that lingers with a smooth, elegant umami finish.

This Sencha is produced from the Yabukita and Okumidori cultivars.
Okumidori contributes remarkable smoothness, natural sweetness and a fuller body thanks to its high amino acid content.
It is one of Japan's most prized tea cultivars and is also used to produce premium Gyokuro and Matcha.
