Exclusive Sencha from the most widespread Japanese cultivar from the mountainous part of Shizuoka Prefecture at an altitude of 600 m.

This cultivar is resistant to cold weather and is suitable for various types of soil. Thanks to this, it accounts for up to 75% of production in all of Japan and up to 90% of production in Shizuoka.

The leaf is dark green, shiny, shaped into beautiful needles. The infusion is clear, light green. The taste is full and complex with a long aftertaste.
