Shizuoka Hojicha (Houjicha) is a unique, high-quality roasted Japanese green tea. The tea leaves are harvested in the summer and are briefly dry-roasted at high temperatures right after processing. It gives a tea its distinctive roasted flavour.

The tea has a slightly nutty flavour without any bitterness. The process gives the tea its characteristic darker color. Thanks to its mild and smooth flavour, it is enjoyed by many throughout the day, and is also suitable for evening sipping.

Can withstand multiple infusions.
