The Yamakai cultivar is characterized by its high amino acid content and full umami, making it the ideal cultivar for making Gyokuro.

Thanks to the traditional shading for four weeks and masterful processing, you can taste an excellent tea with intense umami and a long sweet aftertaste.

The "Hon" designation is given to Japanese teas that have been shaded using the traditional method using rice straw.

This tea is available in limited quantities.
