Muña Muña (Latin Minthostachys mollis) is an aromatic herb native to the Andes in South America, particularly Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador. This plant has been traditionally used by Andean cultures for its medicinal properties. It is often called "Andean mint" or "mint cleaner" for its distinctive minty aroma and taste.

It grows in the highlands of the Andes at altitudes of 2,500 to 3,500 meters above sea level. It is a shrub with aromatic leaves and small white or purple flowers, growing up to 1.5 meters tall.

Dosage: 1 - 2 tablespoons (approx. 5 grams) per 1 liter of water. Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes and drink warm throughout the day.

Warning: Muña Muña is not recommended for pregnant women because it can stimulate the muscles of the uterus. It can cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals, especially if they are allergic to plants from the Lamiaceae family.

Long-term use: As with all herbs, it is recommended to use Muña Muña in moderation to avoid adverse effects.
