Pasuchaca (Latin Geranium dielsianum) is a medicinal herb native to the Andes of Peru. It is known for its health-promoting properties and has been used for centuries in traditional Andean medicine. This tiny perennial is an Andean endemic.
Pasuchaca grows in the high mountain areas of Peru at altitudes of 3,000 to 4,500 metres above sea level. It prefers dry and rocky environments. Its root and leaves are used for medicinal purposes.
Dosage and method of preparation: Sieve. Drink 3 times a day.
Warning: If you are taking medication for diabetes, you should consult a physician when taking Pasuchaca to avoid the risk of hypoglycemia.
Long-term use: it is recommended to take Pasuchaca intermittently to avoid possible side effects.
