Chanca Piedra, also known as "stone breaker", is a tropical plant used in traditional medicine. Chanca Piedra is one of the most valuable herbs of the Amazon rainforest, which has a wide range of uses.
It is a shrubby plant that is native to areas of South America, India and Southeast Asia, where it is known for its wide-ranging medicinal properties.
Dosage: 1 - 2 tablespoons (approx. 5 grams) per 1 liter of water. Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes and drink warm throughout the day.
Do not exceed the recommended dose to avoid stomach irritation or excessive urination.
If you are taking medication (especially for blood pressure, diabetes, or blood thinners), consult your doctor.
Warning: Chanca Piedra is not recommended for pregnant women as it may stimulate the uterus.
