Flor de Arena is a medicinal herb native to the Peruvian Andes and the dry regions of South America. This plant has delicate silvery leaves and small flowers, which gives it a characteristic appearance, reminiscent of a "flower of sand". It grows in dry areas and sandy deserts of Peru, especially at altitudes of around 1000 - 2000 m.

Dosage: 1 - 2 tablespoons (approx. 5 grams) per 1 liter of water. Let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes and drink warm throughout the day.

Warning: Flor de Arena is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and people sensitive to plants from the Boraginaceae family.

Long-term use: Long-term use should be consulted with a specialist. Always follow the recommended dosage to avoid possible side effects.
