Sencha processed using the fukamushi (deep-steaming) method, typical for teas from Kagoshima Prefecture.
The tea leaves are more finely broken, and the infusion has a vibrant green colour. This tea comes from the Yutakamidori cultivar, cultivated by a small tea farmer.
It features a beautiful, fresh aroma and a rich, full-bodied grassy flavour with a hint of light fruity acidity.
We recommend preparing this tea with water at 60°C. For a unique experience, try cold brewing (Mizudashi) or steeping with ice cubes (Koridashi).
