Rare Japanese black tea from the Benifuki cultivar.

Comes from a small tea farmer in the Kagoshima region. The leaves are machine-processed to a size of 1 cm. The infusion has a beautiful bright red colour with woody-fruity tones like apple or plum. The infusion is juicy, slightly sour-fruity with citrus and apple tones.

This is an exceptional, moderately invigorating tea for special moments.
