A charming Taiwanese red (black) tea from the Ali Shan region made from the Ruan Zhi cultivar.

The aroma of dry leaf has woody notes, bitter chocolate, honey and fruit. After steeping and between infusions, complex aromas of cinnamon, honey, apple and red grape emerge. The infusion has a dark amber to light brown colour, more typical of dark oolongs. The taste of this low-tannin tea is very pleasant, harmonious and sweet.
