Pu Erh Shu Meng Ku Bing Cha - 50g

A traditional ripe (shu) Pu Erh from Yunnan Province, China, made from carefully selected leaves of the large-leaf tea cultivar Yunnan Da Ye, sourced from organic tea gardens in the Meng Ku region, stretching along the Lancang River.

The tea leaves come from tea trees approximately 20–30 years old, whose high-altitude growing environment contributes to their distinctive flavour profile.

The tea undergoes controlled wo dui fermentation, followed by expert blending of leaves from different batches to achieve a harmonious and balanced flavour. Its clean aroma is complemented by pleasant notes of wood and dried dates.

The infusion has a deep red colour with amber highlights.  The taste is full-bodied, smooth and gently sweet, with a lingering aftertaste and no unwanted fermentation notes.

With its balanced character and consistent quality, this is an ideal tea for everyday enjoyment.

Storage recommendation:
Store in a dry, dark and well-ventilated place, away from strong or foreign odours.
Under suitable conditions, the Pu Erh can continue to mature naturally, gradually developing a smoother and more harmonious flavour.
