First Flush from the youngest garden in Darjeeling, harvested exclusively by hand. The larger, unbroken leaves of cultivar B157 give off a fresh, biscuity aroma. After steaming, you can smell cider and grapes with a hint of citrus. The infusion is bright orange in colour with a sweetish taste without any bitterness, dominated by notes of cider and honey with a pleasant aftertaste.

The higher level of oxidation (almost like oolongs) gives this type of tea an interesting character.
