An exceptional tea from the renowned Gopaldhara tea estate in Darjeeling, crafted from the AV-2 cultivar. This particular lot (DJ-111/26) stands out for its layered aromatic complexity, elegance and beautifully balanced character.

The dry leaves reveal refined woody notes complemented by delicate hints of sweet spices. Once infused, they gradually unfold a deep, multi-layered aroma, where sweet floral and orchid notes intertwine with honeyed nuances and a subtle touch of cinnamon. The aromatic profile then develops towards fruity undertones reminiscent of ripe apples and grapes.

The flavour is sweet, full-bodied and rounded, with delicate astringency that adds structure without disturbing its natural harmony.
