This rare, fully oxidised Darjeeling from selected Rohini harvests has been carefully aged and gently roasted by the tea masters of Gopaldhara, inspired by traditional Chinese Wuyi roasting methods to enhance depth and complexity.

When rinsed, the tea reveals layered aromas of pressed grapes, wine-soaked wood and marzipan, while the second infusion unfolds soft woody undertones and a subtle hint of rose.

The infusion glows a reddish-brown barrique hue, reminiscent of fine whisky. Each sip is complex, mature and distinctive – a tea that invites curiosity, reflection, and quiet appreciation.
