A traditional Yixing teapot in the De Zhong Hu (德钟壶) style, characterised by its squat cylindrical body and harmonious proportions. This classic form has its roots in Yixing teapot-making traditions dating back to around the early 19th century.

It is made from Zi Ni (紫泥), a traditional type of Yixing Zisha clay with a distinctive purplish-brown hue.

With its timeless design, this teapot is well suited to preparing tea using the traditional gong fu cha method.

Yixing clay is prized by enthusiasts of traditional tea preparation. Thanks to its good heat-retention properties, teapots made from this material are particularly suitable for darker oolongs, black teas and pu-erh. As the unglazed surface can gradually absorb tea aromas, it is best to dedicate the teapot to one type of tea or a similar group of teas. With regular use and proper care, the clay gradually develops a distinctive patina.

Give it its own tea ritual — a beautiful teapot, your favourite tea and a moment just for yourself.

From classic shapes like Li Xing, De Zhong Hu, or Jing Lan Hu to modern minimalist designs, each teapot reflects the artisan’s skill and the spirit of balance. Crafted from Zini, Hongni, or Zhuni clay, every variation brings out different nuances in the flavour and texture of your tea.

A Yixing teapot is more than a brewing tool – it is a companion of mindfulness, turning every pour into a moment of stillness and beauty.
