THE TEA FROM OUR OWN PRODUCTION.

Japanese green ground tea rich in antioxidants with a pronounced stimulating effect. It comes from the lovely Shizuoka area near Mount Fuji. The tea leaves are premium quality from the Okumidori cultivar, which guarantees a rich taste. The bushes were shaded in the traditional way 1 month before harvesting.

In 1987, Dr. Tsusida, a Japanese invented a way to produce tea with high GABA amino acid content by processing the tea leaves. GABA amino acid is a neurotransmitter and natural growth hormone stimulator that has powerful anti-aging effects.

GABA tea is popular among those seeking a natural way to support their physical and mental well-being.

To be called GABA tea, a tea must contain a minimum of 150 mg of GABA amino acid per 100g of leaf. In Japan, GABA teas have an average of 200 mg/100 g. An analysis of our Japan GABA Midori this year determined a GABA amino acid content of 420 mg/100 g.

GABA
GABA - gamma-aminobutyric acid is known for its calming effects on the nervous system, helping to promote relaxation, improve sleep quality, and reduce stress. GABA is a naturally occurring neurotransmitter in the human body that plays an essential role in regulating nerve activity.

Nowadays, intensive research is being conducted in Japan on gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and its positive effects on neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis. Scientific studies have also confirmed that insufficient production of GABA in the human body may be one of the causes of epileptic seizures.

Many health benefits of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) are already well-documented:

  • Calms the nervous system,
  • Reduces stress levels and improves sleep,
  • Helps alleviate headaches caused by mental overload,
  • Relieves depression and anxiety,
  • Regulates blood pressure and helps prevent hypertension and heart diseases,
  • Enhances brain oxygenation, improving focus, perception, and learning ability,
  • Increases collagen production, making the skin supple and less wrinkled,
  • Boosts serotonin levels, positively influencing mood and sleep,
  • Thanks to its antioxidants and relaxing effects, it helps slow down the aging process
