    Traditional Indian tea spice blend for making the famous milk tea.
Ingredients: ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and cardamom.
Preparation tip: Boil about 10g (1 tbsp) of Yogi Masala spice for 5 minutes in 1 liter of water. Then add 3 dcl of milk (can also be plant-based) and let it boil. Be careful not to boil it.
Then just strain it through a sieve and sweeten it - with sugar, honey, agave or condensed milk.
You can also add black tea to it, Assam CTC is the best. This will create a stimulating spicy drink.
