An excellent grade of traditional Chinese white tea, distinguished by its natural leaf shape, deep glossy grey-green colour, and a high proportion of "bai hao," the fine white hairs from the tips.

The infusion has a yellow-amber hue and a delicate floral aroma reminiscent of peony blossoms. Its taste is smooth as silk yet full and rounded, with a long-lasting, pleasantly sweet aftertaste.
