White Peony je jeden z top čajov vyprodukovaných tento rok v Darjeelingu počas prvých jarných zberov. Spracovanie "Bielej pivonky" prebiehalo výhradne ručne a neboli použité žiadne stroje a technológie.
Známkou vysokej kvality je prirodzený tvar lístkov, hlboká, lesklá šedozelená farba a veľký podiel tipsov. Farba nálevu je čistá a priezračná. V suchých lístkoch možno nájsť vôňu lúčnych kvetov. Po sparení vydávajú lístky sladkú komplexnú vôňu hrozna a muštu. Chuť čaju je hladká ako hodváb a zároveň guľatá a komplexná. Dochuť je veľmi dlhá, príjemne sladkastá. Tento biely čaj pohladí nielen zmysly, ale aj dušu.

White Peony is one of the top teas produced this year in Darjeeling during the first spring harvest. White Peony was processed entirely by hand and no machinery or technology was used.
The natural shape of the leaves, the deep, glossy grey-green colour and the high proportion of tips are signs of the high quality. The colour of the brine is pure and clear. The scent of meadow flowers can be detected in the dry leaves. After steaming, the leaves give off a sweet, complex aroma of grapes and cider. The taste of the tea is smooth as silk and at the same time round and complex. The aftertaste is very long, pleasantly sweet. This white tea not only appeals to the senses, but also to the soul.
